Home Health Nurse - RN

Amcare Pro Home Health - Richardson, TX

Amcare Pro Home Health is currently interviewing for RN for home health visits in S. Dallas/Denton/Rockwall counties.

The RN position will be required to perform home health SN Initial Assessments, OASIS Admissions, Re-cert visits, ensure compliance with all State regulations. The RN must have knowledge/experience with home health forms, OASIS forms, Medicare guidelines, rules & regulations. The RN should also be familiar with wound care dressing changes, ostomy care, wound VAC, IV Nursing and should be comfortable with electronic charting. Previous home health care experience is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Must currently be licensed in the state of Texas
• Should have at least two years experience
• Must have prior home health care experience
• Should have reliable transportation
• Must pass background check & have valid CPR & TB test/Chest xray

Live-in Caregiver

Amcare Pro Home Health - Richardson, TX

Need a Live-In Caregiver (weekends) immediately with the following criteria. The following criteria is a MUST have.

Qualifications:

• CNA/HHA Certification or Training (proof required)
• Caregiver should be a female (as per patient request)
• Must be able to lift 110-130 lbs
• Be comfortable around pets
• Assist patient with ADLs, Personal Hygeine, Transfers, Toileting, Bathing, Changing etc.
• Should be experienced and able to perform G-Tube feeding
• Must have valid Work Authorization
• Must have a Driver's License and be able to transport patient to doctors appointment, therapy etc.
